1. GENERAL

In these general terms and conditions, the terms "we" and "our" refer to ateliercuisine.ch Sàrl and the term "you" refers to the customer.

The term "order" is used below as a generic term designating the purchase of gift vouchers, products and the reservation of dates for the organisation of courses held on our premises.

The term "group courses" refers to the courses offered in the "course calendar" section of this site. The term "private courses" refers to the courses offered in the section "courses for groups".

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time the order is placed, the conditions stated on this page and expressly declares to accept them without reserve. The present conditions of use govern the contractual relations between ateliercuisine.ch Sàrl and its customer, both parties accepting them without restriction.

All the prices indicated are expressed in Swiss Francs. The prices indicated on the order confirmation are binding. In case of a price error on an offer or a quotation, ateliercuisine.ch Sàrl reserves the right to modify it, while offering the customer the choice to cancel his order if the new price does not suit him.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Booking of group classes and gift vouchers:

A confirmed order is placed when the customer clicks the "Confirm Order" button on the confirmation page. By placing an order, you are making us an offer to purchase the products and services you have selected. We retain the right to accept or decline this offer or service at our discretion.

Booking of private lessons:


By confirming your booking, by email or phone, you commit yourself, respectively your company, to respect the conditions of sales below:

For private individuals, lessons are paid in cash at the end of the lesson. We do not have a credit card slot, postcard or EC card machine.

For companies, lessons are paid on invoice, within 10 days.

After this period, the following charges apply:

  • 1st and only reminder, administration fee of CHF. 30.-

  • Followed by a warning, additional administrative costs of CHF. 100.-.

You also agree that your company will pay all costs relating to the recovery of our invoice.

By confirming your booking, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Group classes :

All cancellations, whatever the reasons, must be notified to us 10 working days (2 weeks) before the date of the course. After this deadline, no rescheduling or refund will be accepted.

You may invite a third person to attend in your place if you wish.

Cancellations notified in time will be reimbursed by gift vouchers.

Private lessons :

Any changes in the number of participants must be received 10 working days (i.e. 2 weeks) before the event date.

After this deadline, cancellations, total or partial, for whatever reason, will be charged at full price, at the expense of the attendees.

In case of full cancellation after the deadline, the invoicing is based on the number of people initially announced. This invoicing is based on a menu at Frs. 99 per person.

Additional offers booked such as wine courses, extra services, seminar room rental are also invoiced at the full rate.

In case of cancellation with a payment by gift voucher, the voucher will be considered as used.

4. GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue, the period of validity and the amount are indicated on the reverse side.

Gift vouchers that do not contain an amount, number or validity date are not valid.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. You may, however, pass them on to third parties.

In the event of a difference, in your favour, between the amount of the gift voucher and the price of the course, a gift voucher of the residual value will be given to you. This is valid for one year.

The gift vouchers are valid, within the limit of their validity, for private lessons.

5. YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We undertake to comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. All personal data provided by the customer is treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. The customer has the possibility to modify his personal data at any time or to request their deletion.

6. COPYRIGHT

The logo, text and images on this site are our property. If you wish to reproduce elements of this site, in whole or in part, you can send us a written request so that we can help you as best we can.

In accordance with article 231.1 of the Swiss Civil Code, any partial or total use of photographic and graphic material on this site gives rise to the payment of reproduction rights. Reproduction rights will also be required when an image is copied or used as a model participating in the creation of a new work.

By using images from our site without our prior agreement, you undertake to pay us an amount of CHF. 500 per picture and not to use them any more.

The trademarks mentioned are registered by their respective owners and are provided for information purposes only.

7. CLAIMS

This contract is subject to Swiss law. In case of legal dispute, ateliercuisine.ch sàrl retains the choice of the court to be seized.

8. AUTRES CAS

Pour tous les autres cas non régis dans les présentes conditions de vente le Code des Obligations Suisse s’applique.

9. RESPONSIBILITY

We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information on this site. We are committed to serving you to the best of our ability.

The images of this site and the products are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual.

We reserve the right to cancel a party or a private event in case of force majeure. It is also possible that the menu you have chosen may be modified without prior notice.

No compensation can be claimed by the customer.
