This is the perhaps the most boring part of the website but nonetheless an essential part. Here we will be able to explain the sales conditions, cancellation policies, gift certificate policies as well as the data protection information and copyright rules.

We are not able to guarantee the exact, exhaustive up-to-date quality of the information on this website. We will however try to provide you with the best possible service.

We reserve the right to cancel an event or a private evening in case of an unexpected emergency. It is also possible that your chosen menu has to be modified without notification.

Lessons must be paid for in advance, generally by a payment online. If this is not possible, you may also contact us directly so that we can send you a pay slip.

A deposit of 50% is requested when booking a private lesson. The date is only confirmed once this has been received and it must be 15 working days before the set date. The remaining amount will then be billed to you.

If you cancel your place more than 10 working days before the set date, we will reimburse you the full price of the lesson. If this cancellation is less than 10 working days, we are unable to reimburse you. You can however explain the reason for the cancellation and we will make a case by case decision.

If you are unable to come and participate, you can of course give your place to someone else.

They are valid for one year from the issue date on the gift certificate. The length of validity and the price are written on the back of the certificate.

If people have gift certificate for lessons given at Jérôme Rottmeier’s flat, these can of course, be used at the new location, while they are still valid.

We collect some personal information when you make reservation or request information. This information will only be used internally in order to process your requests.

This information will never be sold or given to a third party. We also receive a large amount of spam and advertisements in our email inboxes and will not support this type of marketing.
