Classes are generally given in French, but depending on the mix of nationalities during the evening, we are happy to offer some of the explanations in English. If you wish to have a full lesson in English, private classes are also available.

Open classes allow you to produce great menus both inside and outside of the lesson. There is no specific theme; the inspiration comes from you and your wishes alone. The goal of this class: that you can make the menu again at home!
Most often these classes offer easily reproduced menus, sometimes they take you back to culinary delights from your childhood, or indulgent evenings when all we do is bake, or special menus for mothers in hurry or classes dedicated to “verrine”s?? We really like to take you by surprise!
Only one thing is for sure, there will never be endives wrapped in ham! We love them but we ate too many when we were young.
Whether it’s a team building exercise or a hen night, an original birthday celebration or simply a night out with a difference, we are happy to accommodate a private lesson which can be adapted to your wishes and your budget. The minimum number of participants is 8.
In order to welcome you under the best conditions, the maximum number of participants is set at 20. If you would like to organise a larger group, we also have a cavern.
